The organisation is facing problems with managing their materials. Material that is out of date is not being removed or update, the number of broken links is rising and search engines are becoming less effective. Senior management have decided that money, time and effort must be spent to resolve the problem, but a dispute has broken out over the best solution, arguing which is better in long run – Content Management System or Enterprise Wiki.


I have advised them to use CMS over wiki simply because of the advantages.
