As a Business IT student, always asked myself what role the analyst will play in a Business. After few studies I discovered that System Analysis activities focus around the translation of the business requirements into systems requirements. Business requirements have to be analyzed and decomposed into a series of smaller requirements for different components, providing directions for the engineering team.
This statement now will make me understand the role of a System Analyst.
